Returns & Refunds
What is the returns policy?
For hygiene reasons we will not exchange or refund Goods for change of mind, we will however accept returns for faulty goods which can be returned using our easy to use Reply Paid address at no cost to you.
How do I request a return or exchange?
You can create a new return request using our easy online returns system. All you need is your order number and email address with which you placed the order, which can be found in your order confirmation email.
What if i receive a faulty product?
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In addition Dunlopillo, a business of Sheridan Australia Pty Ltd, warrants that this Product will be free from manufacturing defects for the period of year(s) stated on the product packaging, commencing on the day of purchase, as reflected on your purchase invoice/receipt.
For the purpose of this warranty, a Product is a product which:
1. was manufactured by or on behalf of Dunlopillo or Dunlopillo Therapillo;
2. states on its packaging the period for which it is covered by a warranty;
3. is used in a normal domestic environment, not a commercial environment; and
4. was purchased in Australia.
What are my options when i return an item?
Dunlopillo provides three returns options for faulty product only:
- Exchange for an alternate size/ profile (subject to stock availability)
- Store Credit to your Dunlopillo online account (for customers with a Dunlopillo member account)
- Refund to your original method of payment (e.g. Credit Card or PayPal)
On occasion, your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your product is posted and received by Dunlopillo. If your replacement is not available, your online account or account with which you paid (e.g. credit card, PayPal) will be refunded.
What is the refund processing time?
Sometimes packages can take a little while to get back to us, so please allow up to 30 days for us to process your return from the time you send your goodies. We'll be doing our best to refund/credit your account as soon as the package is in our hands.
Can i return an online purchase to a retailer?
Goods purchased from dunlopillo-bedding.com.au must be returned via our online returns system.
What will happen if i return an item purchased with a Gift Card?
If any product purchased with a Gift Voucher is returned for a refund, the refund amount will be automatically credited to your Dunlopillo account as a store credit. If you don't have an account, you will be asked to create one or one will be created for you by our Customer Service team.
Who will be refunded if i return a gift?
The refund will be credited to the original card or account used to purchase the gift.
